The Cadillac Ranch, located along the tatters of historic Route 66, was built in 1974, brainchild of Stanley Marsh 3, the helium millionaire who owns the dusty wheat field where it stands.

The silver one I'd peg as an early-1970s Cadillac, while the white one is older, probably mid sixties? And given the window pattern, it's a combination hearse/ambulance, which was a popular choice in rural neighborhoods and small towns, where the funeral director generally operated the ambulance service as a sideline.
